Need help decoding parts of my build sheet

Hello, I have a 1969 Dart Swinger 340, I'm curious to what day it was made, and after some research, the date would be where it says B30, but I have no clue to what month (I assume 30 is the 30th day). Also, if you fine folks would like to help me decode lines 3-5, it would be very appreciated.

I think I answered my own question. It's probably November 30th. An A in place of the B would be October and so forth.

The date is known as the SPD (scheduled production date)

It is the hoped for date to begin the build when the order was first entered into the system.

Lots of factors could affect when it was actually started though and actual build dates were not recorded back then.
