I'm hoping someone can help me locate the builder of my 1963 Dodge Dart. It's a California car. The last know city is Modesto in the mid to late 1990's. Was originally a four door car, now a two door. I'll post pics that I have of when it was being built and what it looks like now. I'm looking to get some info from him. The pervious owner thought his name was Joe.
