Need Help With a Stereo Antenna

Okay, it's weird but I have it mounted in my trunk where it works perfectly. Not an amplifier, or powered.

Thanks for the post. I saw the Tune Trapper web page earlier. Interesting that it works mounted in your truck. If my dash option doesn't plan out that may be an option for me.

Don't think I've ever tried the AM reception but can't imagine it would be worse.

If you did that I wonder if you'd have to get into impedance matching and all ?

I would try the FM antenna by itself first and then add in the AM if needed.
The Y adapter is $5.99 at a local store. Car Radio Antenna (Motorola Connector) Y Splitter Cable 1xM-2xF - Vetco Electronics
It is 75 ohm. Assume the antennas are 75 ohm as well.
