need lug nuts for aluminum ARE wheels

I bought a set of aluminum American Racing Wheels for a small bolt pattern but the guy didn't have the lug nuts

I checked into getting them but was told not available

What I need are

10 Left and 10 right 7/16" X20 shank type lug nut with 5/8" long shank that measures about .611 dia.

anyone have some usable lug nuts somewhere?

Small crager lugs are .590 and was told from ARE they have some .628

If I cannot find some I will buy the .628 and get them turned down

wouldn't it be a lot easier to just change to 1/2x20 lug's and nut. There a lot stronger and easier to come across, just about any parts store has them
