Need plugs read

Just got the 383 back together and need to know what you guys think of the plugs. Thanks

The Burn looks pretty clean to me. Even little lean.
 
Plug looks glazed.Need to know compression/plug number.Looks too hot-too lean or too muck antisieze.

That plug is too hot. You have too much timing. As said, too much never seize.

The ground strap says too much timing.
The shell says it's too hot.
The porcelain says it has too much fuel.
The fuel ring needs to go way down to the bottom .060 of the porcelain. To see it correctly you need to look down into the bottom of the shell.

Amen, Best of all the answers. Put in new plugs. Try again. Those will never clean up for a good fuel mixture reading. There will be enough anti-seize in the head threads. With unleaded fuel the porcelain should be white except for the mentioned fuel ring right where the porcelain base meets the steel body.
