Need Slant 6 225!!!

hello:

i am a college student going to wyotech sacramento Ca. i have a 1968 dodge dart with a 225 slant. the motor has untold miledge and a rod knock. i was hoping someone could spare with a running one. the closer the better cuz this is my only mode of transport. if u can help me please let me know thx.

well i have the one out of my 70 with the 904 trany. it ran when it was pulled out but thats been a handfull of years. so it prolly needs to be gone through. its been up at a buddy of mines place ill call him and see if its still there. if it is and your interested you can have it if you can come pick it up. let me know if your interested and we can go from there.

too bad you arer on the left coast, I would give you the one out of my Dart, but it has been out for 13 years now and might not be any good now either.

Any chance of getting an instructor and/or other students to help you go through it on the cheap and reinstall it. I figure that would be the place to find that kind of assistance.
