ok so not a big question but I just want to be sure....it's a 8-1/4 out of a '74 Dart Sport that i'm cleaning, but the thing is that there is no plug on the cover?? All the picture I have seen of that axle had the plug...

What I have mark in red is rigth???

Yes that is the fill plug. Fill it up to that level. The tube you are pointing to is just the vent line

i dont have a plugg there either dont know if dose pluggs where there originaly or wish year they where original, anyone who knows?
