NEW 2015 Challenger

Love the 2015 Challeger. The single biggest disappointment up until now has been the interior. Love the way they ditched the hard plastic for a modern, refined cockpit look. I'm not concerned about the weight, or that it's owned by Fiat & unlike some of the folks seem to be indirectly inferring, I wouldn't buy one to race it anyhow. It would get me to work & pick up my son from school & haul groceries home. I'm guessing the power to weight ratio, 0-60 times & handling abilities would be up to par for that. Great looking car.
 
Just got an email showing the 2015 with the new 640hp+ Hellcat Hemi -supercharged with more power than the Viper , Theres the answer for the Fruits Only Ride D#@ks crowd hanging out here Mopar bashing cause the guys in their groups don't want them around either ! Now thats " Nuff Said "

Yes, I'm serious. Even with that HP it will still be sucking hind tit compared to the factory competition.

Not to mention the import tuners crowd where mid 600-hp is almost laughable in the turbo era.
 
Yea ig. But still, 640 hp is some serious horse!! Not that I'd know tho as I'm 20 n ever drove anything close to that.
 
My buddies 2012 callenger srt8 automatic went 12.10 @ 117 with a few bolt ons and drag radials. Car had only 8,000 miles on it, 11.99 would have been possible had he not sold it. Not bad for a bloated pig, I have driven them all even a 2014 mustang shelby GT 500 , Challenger for the win, not the best in all categories, just a better car. IMO
 
I like it and the RT has the 392 Hemi Scat Pack option. I love my SRT8 I don't care if it is heavy blah blah blah. It is awesome to drive with the 6 speed and it so much more comfortable then my Mustang.
 
Take a peek at the rumored hellcat on allpar. I like the idea of a new mopar standing up to ANY new American muscle.

Well lets hope it at least has the performance of the Camaro ZL1, I don't think the Hellcat will have anything on the Mustang GT 500.
 
This thread should be closed or cleaned up. Sounds like a lot of upset people because they can't afford a new Challenger

Probably by not installing it in a fox body mustang...or worst yet, anything manufactured by chrysler after 1971 :roll:

why would anyone want to ruin a fox body by sticking anything mopar related under the hood? that would be just stupid.

lol.. that always makes me laugh. is that the only thing that the modern mopar or should i say fiat apologists can come up with these days? get some new material already man.

my replies are fact. the can't afford it reply is based on yea i know the new challenger has a ton of shortcomings and is inferior in every way (looks are subjective so thats left out) but i have to defend the mighty pentastar somehow and that's the only thing i can think of.... :)
 
All of these threads are just old. Same old **** from the same people on both sides - challenger/charger haters and the people who like them. Who cares. Like what you want to like if everyone liked the same thing we wouldn't be individuals.

My thoughts exactly. Like stink on $hit. Joe. We all know you can't stand the new Fiat's. You are very welcome to have your own opinion, that is what makes freedom of speech such a beautiful thing. However. Maybe we should sticky "New Fiat Haters Post Here" That way those of us who actually appreciate what Fiat is building can talk about it? Instead of every single damn thread related to new Challengers and Chargers turning in to you and your Fiat haters whipping posts??? What ya think??? Food for thought.......

Thank god others feel the same. New material??? Seriously? You cant even open a discussion thread where he hasnt called a late model chrysler a "fat pig" proclaims "chrysler is dead" or some combination of fiat, chrysler, and the word apologist (on this page probably 4 times alone) maybe they need a mod over at www.chryslersux.overopinionated.theadjacker//$supertrool.com
