My brother went a new best 10.90 @ 124 in his basically stock N/A 6.4 2020 Challenger. It weighs 4150 with him in it. It's stock except it has a smaller crank pulley, a lithium battery, bigger injectors and a tune for E85. Wallace calculator says that it takes 636 hp to go 124 in the 1/4 at 4140 lbs. That's a lot of power for a show room available engine without any power adder. Pretty proud of him.

Cool beans. That’s making serious steam.
Twenty years ago I would have never believed we would have this renaissance of power like never before. Crazy.

It’s crazy that a few years ago the “modern muscle” class at MaTS was well….. pretty damn boring. Look at em now!!

Went to the track last couple weekends with my 67 Charger street car. I was pretty pleased with a new best et and mph, 11.27 @ 121. There were Probably about 80 to 100 late model street cars there. Relative to the late model stuff, 11.20s does not even get you an honorable mention. A lot of street cars with fairly crappy 60’ times running 10.50 at 130+ albeit not NA cars. I staged with Demon 170. I treed him and had a better 60’. He passed me at the 330 mark like I was standing still. He trapped at 145 mph.

Couple guys running Challenger 1320’s (NA) in the low 11s at 122 with very minor mods like pulleys and exhaust.

Pretty cool to see. But In this realm, the muscle car’s time has passed.

Drive them home too with the AC, stereo, cruise control.

Nice on the new best for the OP
