Ill be there! Thinking about putting my 65 Gt hardtop in the car corral to see if it goes. Going to put a slightly higher price and see if she sells. If so cool, if not really cool. I don't really want to sell it because I'm having a blast with it, and I'm at least 1 1/2 years out from my convertible being done. What do you guys think? I need a push either way because I'm on the fence about it. If I can get close to 10 for it then its gone but anything way under that then probably not. There's no sentimental value to it, it's just a toy until I can finish the convertible.

Put a price in your head that you wouldn't regret the sale, if you don't get it, no harm no foul.

Hit me up GT, let me know which days & what time you'll be there & we can shoot the breeze for a while again. I'll PM you my number.

Man! Just remembered I have a big job that Friday that may run until Saturday but ill hustle and try to get it knocked out. If that's the case ill try to swing it on Saturday. Ill give you a shout. You taking your car?

Still in the body shop, getting vinyl installed. I'll be there talking **** about all the other guys with running, driving cars!

Ha! I'm trying to organize a car show for sometime next month at the body shop I'm working at. Still working out the details but I would love to have some of you guys there. I don't want to be the lone mopar. The body shop is in Fairfield so ill get all the details together if you guys are interested.

It's not at the shiny stage yet. It's still in surgical intervention mode.

So it's looking like I'm putting together the car show for sometime in the middle of April. The exact date is not yet set but its going to be around the middle of the month. I'm going to try to time it where nothing else car show wise is going on. Open to all year hotrods as long as its not a lame daily driven stock vehical (you get the point). There will be plaques for all winners as well as prizes etc. this is a serious event and not a burger night cruise. I'm thinking a 20.00 entry fee which will include lunch and all proceeds will go to charity. If you guys could come through so I'm not the only A body there it will be awesome. Ill keep everyone up to date on the exact day by early next week. Thanks guys.

Sweet Jeff I'm excited to see your car, its lookin bad ***! Even if its not totally done, drag it on down. Going to be a fun day of bullshitin and bad *** cars. The guy that owns the body shop I'm working for is a racer and has a ton of rich friends with bad *** rides. So it should be a cool mix of cars. I'm hoping for a turnout of around 250-300 cars.

But my Dart is a lame daily driver, so it's not qualified? It's also as stock as it gets. 225 and all.:glasses7:

No you are more than welcome to attend. It's going to be April 20th. 20$ entry fee and that includes lunch. All proceeds go to charity so it will be a great event. I meant by daily driver a scion with tinted windows and a shopping cart spoiler. That's what I meant

Haha, ok... I'll remember to leave that really sweet one size fits all spoiler I bought at pepboys off till after the even, and the 24" wheels. :D And Is it dead set April 20th? Can I bring my wife and pretend she's a rental model for taking pictures with my car? :glasses7: What body shop, address, etc?

Thanks for the coupons!

Saved my girl and I a few bucks.

I did not really buy much at the swap, just some carpet for laying on when under the car, but I did need it!

It turned out well for my girl, she is taking a photography course. She was able to take a lot of pics.

Mike

whoops. Yes I was there Saturday. All I bought was a tricycle for my 1& 1/2 yr. old daughter and a couple 2" ratchet straps from one of those large tool venders.

So GT, is this thing still on on the 20th? where at in FF? I'm saving my money, and I'll have that $20 if I stop buying home theater stuff...

Sorry guys change of plans for our car show its gotten pushed back to June 8th. It's going to be bigger than we thought so I needed more time to plan. I'm hoping to get double the amount of cars than I originally hoped for. All proceeds will benefit the wounded warriors foundation and a couple of other local charities. It's going to be located at American Autobody at 1950 Walters ct in Fairfield.
