Well folks like the title says, I'm wondering if anyone had any luck with finding a company that reproduces fuel tanks with a sump already installed. I know sumps are readily available by themselves, but this would eliminate the need to find someone to weld it on. Specific car would be a 68 fastback barracuda. Thanks in advance!

Why do you need a sump? Is it for a drag car or EFI conversion?

I used a stock tank with an aftermarket 1/2" pick-up, converted the return line nipple to 1/2" and added a surge tank for my EFI conversion. I used a low pressure high volume pusher pump mounted near the tank to feed the surge tank located at the front of the car via 1/2" feed and return lines. I have a Duetcheworks fuel pump mounted inside the surge tank to feed fuel through my fuel rails and return regulator back to my surge tank.

The fuel pressure can be dialed down to run a carb or up to above 50 psi for EFI. It will supply constant pressure, air free fuel all the way down to less than 2 gallons left in the tank, even on a road course like Willow Springs.
