Hello! I have a 1973 Plymouth Valiant 4 door that i want to fix up real nice but definitely lost in the sauce and not too sure where to start. She drives great has a 318 V8 with i think a 3 speed auto transmission.

First steps should be make sure it is safe, then reliable.

Like just said, make it safe! Obvious brakes,tires, and suspension, and then there is reliable, as in drive train and then what ever it takes to make it enjoyable for you!
