New guy with a new project

-
Looking great. A real head turner in the making. Make room on the trophy shelf :blob:

No pics right now but will post some next week. The car is alive and running finally, but a few bugs to work out. Interior will start next week and the wheels will be here as well by mid week I think. Will post pics soon...

Wheels are on, but still needs an "altitude" adjustment! working on that now...

Very nice job!!! I love the look of these things. If I didn't have the 67 I wouldn't mind adding one of these to the garage.

wow nice looking duster!! that color really pops in the sunlight! love it :D

what did you end up using for dyna mat? Is the car mini tubbed? I love what you did in the trunk, did you have an uphostry shop do that?

what a great job! I liked the foose wheels better bt thats just me.

What kind of front and rear seats do you have in that thing?

I used Dynamat and stinger throughout, including the trunk and I found a guy that lives by me and works in an upholstery shop do it on the side.

The front seats are Corbeau seats and the rear is the factory seat built up to simulate buckets. The guy did a great job on the back seat I think!

What's the paint code? I like that shade, always wanted a
Slimer car might paint my now red 65 cuda that colour.

Love the car, where did you get the door panels?
Also whats the deal with the shocks here:

The guy that had the car before welded those towers in so that the shocks would still have travel when the car is lowered, is what I assume! seems to work...

The door panels were custom made by my upholstery guy.

Awesome car!!! The color combo, wheels, stance, and everything else is killer! Can you give me some specs on the wheels, like the sizes and backspacing.

The wheels are 18x7 with 4.5" bs and 225/40's and 18x8 with 5 1/4" bs and 245/40's. I think next go around on rear tires, I will step up to 255's though, plenty of space.

Not sure how I missed this one. Definitely one of the nicest Dusters I've seen.
The shock thing is interesting. Does it have any other front suspension mods?

No other mods to front other than the torsion bars and a disc brake swap from an F body...
