New hemi build questions

I'm thinking about building a late model hemi for my drag car. What is the best year model to build a n/a engine that is capable of some where in the mid 700-800hp range. Any specific heads to use, etc. ?

This is what I have and you're pretty much on the mark on HP. Mine was built out of an '04 5.7 truck block and Eagle heads. 12.5 compression, Manley rotating parts, Comp cam. Only plugs I could find cold enough for that compression were Brisk ER12S. Mini starter cranks it over Just fine. Runs on 110 Race gas.
4.56 gears, 29 x 12 Hoosier slicks, worked over torqueflite. 6.34 1/8 mile 10.0 Quarter.

It IS a blast to drive! Yes, BES worked their magic on a pair of new Eagle heads, I cannot recall just what all they did to them.
