Hello everyone! I'm Steve, I live in south Georgia, and I'm a retired ship engineer. I have a '67 Barracuda coupe, rolling chassis that I bought back about 12 years ago. It was an ex drag car, not a pro build, but someone's garage build. Overall, not too bad of shape, some rust, especially the grill sheetmetal. That's one piece I'm looking for. It's a car I want to do a street/strip thing with. It's mini tubbed, 8 3/4 rear end, has a spool, don't know the gear ratio, disc brakes up front. No seats, but has a dash, has door panels and a headliner. All glass is good. Had a fuel cell, but just a hole cut in the trunk for it now. Not sure if I'll go with a fuel cell or go back with a stock tank. Originally a yellow 273 2bbl car and auto, now painted black. Not sure what engine I'll put in, leaning to a 440, but a 360 maybe. So, life got in the way past so many years, car got shelved, but now I have the time to dedicate to it. I really wanted a fastback, as my dad when I was five, had a new '67 Formula S. I found this car on the side of the road for sale, has a title, and I hope on this site, it can help me get my ducks in a row. This notchback has grew on me, and I am glad I didn't sell it a few years ago. Any advice or parts direction, let me know.

That car looks badass sitting in the grass!!

You'll find a ton of very knowledgeable folks here willing to help guide you as you bring her back to life.
