Cool thing about billet blocks is they can be special made to accept any combo of parts as long as they're compatible.

What is it patterned after? Chrysler, Chevy, Ford?

They also do a few SB mopar bits low mount alternator brackets & billet timing cover

Wow, sure not much meat between those cylinders! I realize that they'll be sleeved, but, still....Interesting that they only have 4 head bolts per cylinder instead of 5 or more.

I'm really curious why you decided to share that here? It has zero to do with any Mopar let alone an A-body.

There's folks that put those engines in Mopar Street rods and full customs. Not my cup of tea, but, it appeals to some. They're generally cheaper to build than a 3000HP Hemi.

Basically to show what these guys are capable of i asked them about 340 SB & Slant 6 heads they said if the demand was there they would look at it.
Youre right i dont care to much for GM products either.

Wrong end of the development cycle [ electric cars coming ] to be sinking money into an engine brand that has limited followers....

I'm surprised we don't see more billet blocks in the high end car builds. People seem to spend their money on exotic body mods and materials, high hp engines, then skimp on engine architecture. It'd seem to me to make sense to build with something like this.

Holden is Aussie General Motors. Chevy.
Yes but this engine is not a chev but a Holden! A Holden is 253 and 308 and is a very light weight casting with small main bolts and big end caps for light weight. This engine when first raced in about 1974 could not last a race in our series so GMH designed and built a lot stronger engine block and called it L34 as the std 308 engine is an L31 . These blocks have not been made for over 30 years and are becoming very sought after by the Holden mad guys so these blocks would have some demand in Australia as the Holden guys are so hell bent on having a Holden that they will spend ten times the amount just so they say it is a Holden. I suppose a bit like us Mopar small block guys. HA HA

I'm very familiar with Holden. It's Chevy as far as Mopar guys are concerned.

No disrespect meant, it's a VERY nice, high end piece. It's just not in the right place "here", IMO.

Electric is coming but slowly due to huge supply shortages in copper & other materials we manufacture devices switching up to 3,000 amps already seeing supply times increase immensely we are being told the microchips we use same as the ones from the auto industry will not be available to the end of 2022 Zebra printers we have had $120,000 dollars worth on order for 6 months unable to supply these cars will chew through huge amounts of metals basic & exotics.

Gosh, tell that to Chevy who just came out with their 632 cube crate big block. That was the first thing that went through my mind....."A little late to the party, boys" LOL

Gosh, ya THINK? lol Maybe with a 4" bore too?
Not sure it'd fit.
DOHC 4 valve head with an intake that wraps over the valve cover to the pass side..redesigned cover and plastic extention cover, drill for a idler/guide to work around the pump.

Or just Torque Storm it.
