yes, those are mid length reverse light housings
D32=automatic trans
T5 T5 = body/roof color
A04 = BASIC (RADIO) GROUP
 
Thanks for the decoding and confirming some information!

I was under the impression that there were only two reverse light lengths for '69s, short and long. And the long ones appear very long on the parts sites I have been on. Now you're telling me there's medium, too?

Yes, medium length are on early cars, the change to long ones was Jan '69.
Have no idea why the change???
Somewhere on this site I posted pics of all 3 lengths of NOS parts.
