It's taken a long time and a lot of work, but I've finally got 'em on shelf a couple days ago: brand new OE turn signal switches, newly made according to the Chrysler blueprints by an original supplier to Chrysler. The adventure started when I needed a new switch for my '62 Lancer and one for my '64 Dart, but didn't want to give money to vendors who mistreat our community and overprice their parts. By and by it became a matter of principle, and even though I had to buy more than I needed at a time, I went for it. So I'm selling off the extras. When they're gone, they're gone. These are not the Chinese knockoffs currently being sold by the outfit in Wisconsin, nor are they the crude, low-quality items Shee-Mar is now selling, and they are not the "can-be-made-to-work-if-you-trim-and-drill" later-model switches. They are the real deal, with the correct snap/click switch operation feel. Two types are available: the kind with the flat spade terminals for '62-'63 cars (part number 2258 700) and the kind with the box-and-point terminals for '64-'66 cars (part number 2631 383 or 2822 170). Application is A-bodies, B-bodies, C-bodies, and Imperials without tilt steering column.

Continue living with a loose and sloppy, worn-out old switch and wonder if your brake lights will work today, spend $140+ on the Chinese or Shee-Mar junk, spend $200+ on a new old stock switch…or buy one of these new-new-stock switches off me for $76. I'm shipping out of Seattle, WA. Please send me a PM if you'd like one.

Neat stuff, thanks for offering them here on FABO, bet they will go fast!!

I am too new to use but I appreciate you offering this deal to the members..

Ian.

I bought 2 of the 64-66 variety. If you think they look good in the picture, they look even better in person. It should be the finishing touch to my 65 Dart steering column after Leanna gets through powder coating the column parts for me.

Got mine today for the 66 fish. Quality is superb, far better than other repro's I've used. Dan's a pro, what he says is what you get. Now, if I can only figure out how to post the feedback........

I bought one of these last week & they are top notch quality. Saw a bunch of aftermarket ones at the Nats that do not look like the OE one on my car but Dan's look like exact copies. Saw a cheap looking repo for $145 at one vendor! Thanks for helping us members, Dan.

I'm out of the '64-'66 switches for now -- think I might have some more but I need to find them (recent move, etc.). Still got '62-'63 switches on the shelf, though!

Dan! I just want to let you know how pleased I am with the switch. It is supernice. Thanks for a great deal.

Hi Dan I have the problem you mentioned in your thread Intermittent brake lite so pls let me know if you found any of the 64-66 switches and if you do let me know when I can get one. I will pm my info to you when you need it thanks in advance dartin jack "John"

I think I want one, just because everyone else wants one!
Wait, then I would have to buy the car to go with it.
hmmmmmmmm

thx for offering them to the fabo members slantsixdan.

I just switched out my old switch with one of these and "POOF" - my brake lights work! Thanks for the help!

Vinnie, I must've missed your PM -- probably because my inbox was full. I've cleared some space now, thanks for the heads-up. Redrag64, glad your brake lights are back in action!

I'm not out of switches yet, but running low. They've been popular and everyone seems happy with 'em; I'm thinking of getting another batch made.
