We have 0w8 and 0w6 at our local orellly. Hasn't been there long.

Dealership was putting 0w20 in my Renegade, which is spec for the 2.4.

...but mine is the 1.4T.

Idiots.

Idiot that I work with bought his wife a Camry. A car I wouldn't take for free. When they first got it they had to go to Toyota for all their routine service because they couldn't find that weight oil anywhere but the stealership. I'm glad they don't have that thing no more. Went back to an American brand.

Or for high performance engines. Or you can use outdated, cheap assed oil.
I can tell you REAL quick I can tell a seat of the pants difference when I changed Vixen's oil over to Motorcraft Synthetic blend 5w20. I can even tell a big difference in cold starting. It starts much easier. Stupid as all that sounds.

I believe it! I feel the same way about the thinner oil.

Wifes Toyota takes 0-20. When she asked the dealer about a block heater, they busted out laughing. Little did they know they lost a customer that day.
