Does all A bodys use the same bumper bracket's?? Front and rear? I have a 71 scamp and the bumper mounts have been welded to the bumpers and the bolts removed.

70-73 Dart/Scamp rears should be the same. 70-73 fronts maybe different between Dodge and Plymouth. 74-76 use the big energy absorbing bumper
shocks front and rear. 67-69 maybe different between Dodge and Plymouth.
 
That rear bumper on your Scamp is the same as 70 Dart and 71-73 Scamps.
The 71-73 Dart has different tail lights although the over all dimensions of
the bumpers are all the same. Scamps are based on a Dart ht. with Plymouth
front sheet metal.
 
Good looking scamp.
FYI, theres a guy on here selling these neat adaptors to add a Charger/Barracuda quick fill fuel cap to darts and scamps.

I powder coat all of my bumpers black, they look great and compliment the Mopar colors nicely. Keep in mind none of my cars are stock or anywhere close so not having chrome is fine.
