I would say 4 out of 5 drivers are on cell phones, I do a lot of driving
out here, and its getting bad, I've been rear-ended twice in 2 years,
by 2 female drivers both on stupid cell phones. They need to make motion
phones where they shut down after 30 seconds. The one lady was still
talking on the phone when the police and I were filling out the report.
She was lucky the cops were there cause I was going to take her stupid
phone and smash it on the ground. What nerve!!!
out here, and its getting bad, I've been rear-ended twice in 2 years,

Dreaming of Burnt Rubber
I had a friend who did that to some stupid woman in a suburban who rear ended him and almost sent him into a very serious intersection. She too, was still talking on the phone when they got out.
