#10= rear folddown seat pivot bolts
#1= trunk lid pop up spring for 64-66 Barracuda
#2 64-66 horn center for standard 2 spoke steering on Plymouth cars
#3= 64-65 coat hooks
#4= Accessory lighter, optional on non console 66 cars and 64-65 cars with or without console . Attached under the dash
#6= hood release lever and rod for 66 Valiant and Barracuda
#8= top piece is the K frame splash shield, can’t remember which side, but they are not the same side to side. Never seen the other 2 brackets before
#9= black piece is a metal A pillar cover for a 64 or 65 car without a dash pad, haven’t seen the other piece before

Not sure on those bolts, and the heater hose has been covered. I hope I got the numbers right.

Pretty sure bolts and nuts in #9 are hardware that attach the seat sliders to floor mount brackets for early bucket seats.

#6 - I have something very close to that under the dash of my 70 Darts that holds the wires up under the dash

How about these brackets and mounts ?
Supposed to be small block. .

These do bolt up to my 318 engine but look different than car brackets
