Nice Barracuda being parted

This car was for sale for some time on CL. The owner was around $7500, which I thought was fair. Now it's being parted? Does anyone know the owner? Is this real? Hate to see a nice car cut up. Any ideas/ comments?

I guess he's thinking he can get more for it by parting it out than sell as a whole.

I think its too late to save that one he listed all the parts on Ebay days ago and I see most of the parts had bids within hours. I remember he priced the 1/4 panels at like 350 each which is a fair price.

Its a shame it couldnt have been kept whole and saved. Ah well, He owns it and can do with it what he wants.

It has been a long time, but that is what I did with my drag car.

But at least it didn't get cut up. Nobody had the $$$ for the whole thing, but the pieces brought the $$$ quicker.
