got a 99 dodge dully v 10 5 speed has a rattle like a rod knock at 2200 rpm but goes away if you accelerate could it be clutch springs has 90k miles origanal clutch and throwout bearing (drives me crazy sounds like a deisel until you accelerate or press in clutch)any help would be helpfull

check for a loose harmonic balancer or too much crank end play ... have some one pump the clutch in and out while holding engine at 2200 rpm and see if you can see the crank move

thanks outlaw i will try that thisweakend if it gets above 10 degrees outside , im so ready for spring time
