New Old Stock CAP (Clean Air Package) distributor vacuum advance control valve. Two of them, actually; one in a Chrysler Parts box and one in a plain box because the Chrysler box tore. Bolts neatly to the cylinder head just inboard of the valve cover, green cap pointing toward manifold side of engine. What's it got to do with saving fuel? Read this through to the last paragraph.
