I found some stuff in my basement and was wondering if you got all your front end parts. I have original equipment stuff. Please let me know. Thanks.

Frank Mitchell gets not one cent of my money. He is a con artist, a cheat, and a fraudster.

(Also: NOS brake shoes…? I'm sure you can find them, but isn't that a little…extreme?)

Can you expound on that? I mean, it wouldn't surprise me. I've always known his prices were astronomical, but he HAS the inventory. I've not heard that he was dishonest. Inquiring minds wanna know.

I have friends that have been ripped off by this guy. Very few names are known nationally for this, but Mr Mitchell seems to have quite the reputation. Buyer Beware!!

See here. If you happen not to get screwed, you're good to go, but he's screwed enough people enough times over the years that his "never again, no matter if he's the last and only source" quotient is uncomfortably high. I don't like to support vendors like this.

And that's without even going into his tactics at swap meets. More than once I've seen him and his assistants hover over tables, literally take parts out of the hand of a buyer reaching for his wallet, throw money on the table and walk away with the part. That's just not okeh with me.

Dan, thanks for that. I knew if you had a problem with him, there was substance to it. Thanks again. And to the OP, I apologize for making that recommendation. Use your own judgement.
