There appears to be a thread O2 Sensor hole. Didn't know it was there. Would make it easy to add Fuel Injection.

You wouldn't, but you do need an O2 sensor in the exhaust for the fuel injection.

If you don't want to use an oxygen sensor you can get a threaded O2 sensor plug to seal it off.
