So, how much of this are you using in your car? I'm guessing you're going for a 4 link rear?
Yes to the 4-link . Just forward the hoop to connect to the Latitudinal . Everything from the latitudinal forward's gonna stay .

What I got to work with ;

if it was mine and i was going to do a frame drag only car i would remove the floor and everything circled in red. Use a strut or a-arm front end and junk the rest. Maybe save the stuff in green but only for reference or to make new pieces.

Everything from behind the seat is gonna be gone . 4-link setup . I wanna remove the front inner fenders . However , as the debate continues , and I am taking everyone's comments into consideration . Looking to figure out how to stiffen up the front frame rails .

just run front bars. they run from the front of the cage (by the dash bar) to the top of the frame. have them tie into what ever you plan to run shock or strut tower wise and you are done. then if you want to add the inner finders back it you can reuse them, make new ones, or not run them

I was looking at the lower control arms , thought I was seeing 1 single runner/arm . But then looked closer and I seen the other side of the runner/arm . Did you do anything inside the frame rails like putting some box tubing inside of them for stiffness ?
no you dont want to cut into the front frame rails. they are two piece ( a bent channel and a pop riveted top) there is no boxing needed. You run your sub frame from the back clip to the front

I've got some cracks in mine . That's why I asked

This is why I was/am thinking about opening the frame and inserting a box tubing

take a wire wheel and clean the area to really see what you have and re post pics.
With the rust on it its hard to tell and you still dont have a clear picture of how bad it is.
If it is real bad I would replace it with a clip from a donor or.....Seriously look into a front clip with a mustang front end. (you have to put in frame connectors anyway). If you are going to do a rear clip buy the whole frame as one piece, You will save a ton of money and a to of man hours.
