Very nice. Hopefully they fully understand what they have there. They need to consult some experts before working on it.
Love the reversed image at the end.. took me awhile to understand why the steering wheel was on the right side...
I hope they have some money saved. If they intend to do a proper restoration. That won't be cheap. And couldn't even imagine dropping a Hemi off at just any Machine shop.
I would do as much as humanly possible to it myself. That way, the integrity of every original surface could be saved. That's gonna be a fun project.
I heard they're going to add a rating for this next to 'like.' I saw this a few days ago, the father bought it, I'd like to hear from him.
Aside from the color it reminds me of the RR my buddy's father had when we were teens. Sleeper City. Bench seat, column shift, dog dishes, little tiny Hemi badges on the bogus scoops.
My friend use to own this car. F8/Black 4.10 Dana Column Shift He had this car dialed in and it was BA
Original 69 Hemi plymouth B's (GTX, RR) all got Air Grabbers. You couldn't order the car without one from anything seen by anyone. The FAST guys don't want to run the air box, because it's not as efficient as running without it. If a 69 Hemi X or RR didn't have them, they were removed after the assembly line. Awesome car in the video.
