Not everyone's cup of tea. 71 Demon

Anyone for a new "new" Dart? This needs to be sent to the Chrysler execs as an example of how the "new" "Dart" should look. OK, Demon. A milder version of this would still destroy any new "Dart".

Man, thanks for all the complements. Otis (the shop dog) thanks you too!

Very cool. Awesome color and creativity. Outside the box, hell outside the building!
Two big thumbs up from here.

I really like it ..that front end treatment is over the top, well done.... can't wait to see more.
I had considered a stripe option similar to yours but went a different route at paint time.

I love your car! Excellent top notch work and design.
These cars have always held a spot in my heart because I had a couple 71 Dusters when I was in high school and yours is one of my favorite so far. I can't wait to see that one on the road.:burnout:

Beautiful wow ! Love the car! Needs a turbo Hemi to Finnish it up.WELL done !!

Excellent workmanship! You have quite the gift. You should submit the pictures to Hot Wheels and see if they will make a version for the kiddies. (I want half a dozen or so for myself)

Great job on the Demon so far! You did great job with the front air dam, and congrats to doing something different!

Well, its different for sure ..

Its why they make both vanilla and chocolate ice creme' !

The front for me doesn't make it but, not my ride ..

Have fun !

Looks great! Executing some really nice ideas there. Keep up the good work!

While it isn't my cup of tea I still respect good work. Too many guys today think throwing wheels on a car and tinting windows makes it a custom. If you love the car then keep it or you WILL regret it!

Hey Big Dad, I respect your opinion. My tastes are all over the place.

I have a couple more cars and I know you like 64s. lol

what do you think your car weights on the rotisserie, stripped down. i am wondering because i can get a great deal on a second had rotisserie but it says it has a load limit of about 2000 lbs. just curious before i pick it up. thanks mike.

I have no idea but if you are going to strip it down then that 2000 lb rotisserie will hold it with no problem.
These a-body cars are light, that's why they make great drag cars!

But I like it.
Myself and a friend of mine started building this car during our free time right after Christmas 2013. We decided we would build a car to sell. The more I look at the car now the less I want to sell it.
I figured it was time to share it and see if anybody else had the same warped taste as me.

As cool as the car looks here in yellow, it wasn't a peach. The car was a factory green slant six with 3 on the floor and it was VERY rusty.
Where did you find or buy those car stands? or whatever they are called. where you can twist your car 360.... Thanks

It's called an auto rotisserie and on a unibody car it usually bolts into the bumper bracket holes. Most lift suppliers offer them and prices are all over the board. There are probably vendors here on A-body that sell them. If you can't find one just Google "auto rotisserie".

Sweet car, accept for the air dam. It just doesn't flow with the body.

But hey if you like it rock on!

I was skeptical at first and a purist at heart but it looks a lot better than I thought it would and definitely better than it did. Nice work;)
