He says he did not..... Wonder if its cheap because theres a "paperwork issue" or if its legit. The turquois interior really works for me..... the steering wheel is screaming `67 tho....???

I think when that happens a lot of times there might be a factory sticker on the door that says when it was built. Could be anything after 8/1/66 and it would be a 67 model year car. A lot of flippers or sellers in general may not know that and just assume, it's what it says.
I have one that says 8-1968 on the door sticker but it's a 69 model year car.
