nutrient depletion caused by pharmaceutical drugs

I wonder how many of the drug companies list heart problems as a possible side effect of their pills. Or how many doctors know what is depleted by taking them?
I take methotrexate 2.5mg, 4 on Tuesday and 2 more on Wednesday for rheumatoid arthritis. With that I have to supplement B2/folic acid daily. I'm lucky that my GP checks the RA markers @ blood work and writes the script for me so I don't have to journey to visit the rheumatologist. His office is up on 2nd floor of the hospital. Farther than I can walk.
At one point the sciatic nerve pain down right leg and across that foot was so bad that I had my daugher drive me there and roll me to his office in a wheelchair. That's the day I told him, "I'm not a bird. You want my money? Come down to the ground and I'll come see you".
I haven't been back.

I don't like pills at all I told that son Saturday night "I wont take their pills"...
