I know this is way off topic, but I thought some of you guys might want to see it. My wife, daughter, friend and myself entered a local sand castle contest. There were about 100 entries. Much to our surprise, (as we are not artists), we won the whole thing. The best on the beach. One of the local art critics even said it was the best one she had ever seen that was made with only sand and water. My wife's head is very swollen now, even more than mine. LOL

Craig, what are you talking about? You live in the land of year round beach's. Around here beaches are a 2 month of the year thing.

NICE  I have a hard time making a sand hill :drunken:
Craig your supposed to play in the sand! Not the volcanic ash! :geek:

If you go over to the Big Island they have beaches that really are black sand  We even have beaches that if you look close enough are actually dark green. Its from the olivine crystals.

When I was younger I would spend most of my time in the water. I wouldn't get out till my mom said we were leaving. I didn't play in the sand much :?
