OEM Starter Motors

Hey gents where do you get your authentic Mopar starter motors from? Or at least something of a much higher quality then Autozone? I believe mine went out and will be looking for a replacement soon.

Are you interested in originality or reliability? If the later, many people use a "mini-starter" from a later Magnum engine. About half the size and weight. That really helps when changing one in a small block. It is as powerful or more and I think draws less current.

I bought a mini brand new off ebay for 75 dollars had it on 3 years no problems.

Have it rebuilt by local shop. A one man shop is really good.
