off work but no garage

hey iam a landscape construction foreman that doesn't plow anymore, and have winters off (sorta) and dont have a garage to work on my cars and projects, in Ontario Canada where i live weather in winter ain't the best for working and i pay out the a$$ for storage fees, $230mth all winter and was just wondering if anybody else is in the same situation has found a way to work, .storage/work space i live in between Hamilton and Toronto, if any one knows of anywhere to work it would be much appreciated thanks

My son and two other racing friend's "circle track" share rent on a building
that has a place for there tool and and work on them and have good time out of the house and away from work.
500 a month, But it is a 6 mile drive to the shop.

i should look into any places like that in my area, i pay as it is might as well be able to work too
