Oil pan leaks

This is on my 360 (now a 408). It has an aftermarket 6 quart pan. It has a problem with the front and rear seals leak.
Does anybody have a way to seal it up.
Thank you in advance.
 
Along with thin film RTV both sides gaskets, beads in corners, I also had to put thin film of RTV between rear main cap and block otherwise high oil pressure causes oil to squeeze out appearing like a rear main leak.
 
Put the ends on dry except where it meets the side gaskets add a little RTV. If you use RTV on rubber ends it will leak
