Oil pump bolts torque?

I do not see the torque value for the oil pump bolts to the block in my Chilton's.Engine is a 73 318 .I did find one web site that gave a torque value of 35 ft lbs.Does 35 ft lbs sound right?

Small Block Oil pump attaching bolt. 3/8" x 16 = 35 foot lbs per the 69 Plymouth Service Manual.
