Some discussion about the 68 Dart Old Trapper…no info. But i talked to the now owner of the 67 HEMI GTX OLD TRAPPER at Rad Torque raceway in Nisku, Alberta today. I finally got photos. Awesome . Enjoy

I’ve been diggin’ on old photos of this car for years.
Was it a GTX or a RO23 super stock Belvedere II? Did it have a fender tag? What was the original color? How did they decide on the paint scheme. Tell us more.
In the last photo it looks like a bench seat and GTX never had that. It does have the GTX rocker trim and not the upper body trim of the Belvedere II.

I'd power shift it to and from work 5 days a week : D
yes the RWB colored grille emblem comes on GTX and Satellite Only.
I ask what the car was because racers were notorious for changing grill and taillights to make the car meet a different weight break.
The GTX was available all year, the RO23 fender tags I have seen have them built out around February/March. So if they had this car earlier then it is a X.
