In prepping my 70 Dart Swinger for more road miles, I opened up the trunk and took a look at my spare. it is a Goodyear Polyglas D-78-14, so stock size for an A-body around 1970. God only know how long it has been sealed away in the spare tire well of a garage kept show car. It probably hasn't seen the light of day since it was put there, but it still had 32 lbs of tire pressure. It is clear that it has never been used. I can't figure out when it was made - the DOT number in the oval is 171, which doesn't seem to correspond to anything current. See pictures for details. I know some folks use these for stock show cars that don't get driven, so I thought I would offer this up. $50 obo plus the shipping. How do you ship a tire??? I'm just west of West Seattle for pick-up.
