I have two very very nice 6545 that is low
miles complete and everything intact and works right!
Tight shafts and no issues period!
I can send pictures if you message me where.

I found eight Carter Competition series
9800/9801/9810/9811 that are all excellent
shape and perfect.
$250 each plus $20 for the ride.
A brand new never had gas in it 9800 =
$500. plus $20 shipping ( I have not seen
another brand new one for over 20 years ).

Do you have any decent 72 or 73 Thermoquads? Going on a warmed over 340/416 stroker! Thanks

Electric choke Superquad. The 9801 and 9811 had Chrysler linkage. Non EGR and EGR respectively.

Correct!
The 9801 was calibrated more for performance and
a larger displacement engine.

The 9811 was more for a smaller displacement engine as it was
produced and calibrated.

The are the same basic carb and either one can be calibrated for
a performance or race car. Same verturi size and throttle shafts.
The are a much more refined and smooth castings compared to
the crude early stuff these cars came with.

When NHRA accepted these as a replacement for our 340 stock/superstock
cars = boy did we pick up! Before that we ran the 71 carbs. The 71's are
nearly impossible to find jets or parts for them. Especially strip kits and rich
enough Jets. The 9800s ARE faster. I can rework the early carb's booster
and venturi shaping them to work pretty well = But the sharper tech guys
(they have been around as long as I have) WILL catch and toss us out
(Maybe for a whole year) and I am too Old to miss a year of racing!

We race a half dozen of the 318 and 340 small blocks and are nationally competitive and have set several records and been to National All Stars.

I dragged down some more carbs:
6322 6461 9034 9096 9125 9134 9250
and a lot of duplicates of previous posted numbers!

I did find a RARE nice 1972 340 4 Speed Thermoquad
6138S that I removed many year ago
Original Complete Untouched off my 72 340
4 speed factory Sunroof Demon.
It is now and will be forever a E/SA Stock Eliminator
car so I do not need the carb.
$250. Shipped in US.
