Probably thinner than the aftermarket gaskets. Equals more comp!

That is an embossed & coated shim gasket which is like OE shim gaskets from Ma Mopar, they are pretty much .017" compressed, & yes advertise it & it will sell quickly......................they along with all of their V8 brethern's have been disco'd by the MP program. Unlike the V8's however, Cometic, Mr Gasket etc. do not make a similar replacement for the Slanty.............................................
