Paint help

Looking to black out a hood is there a paint kit I can buy or just go out and buy all the stuff seperate can I clear over a matte black/flat black paint

SEMS makes a kit for about 100 bucks. I think its a base/clear set up

You can clear over a flat, but if you use a gloss clear you will end up with a gloss finish. They do make matte clears, I'm not sure how "matte" they end up though.
