Part numbers

Is there a website that tells what year a specific part is? I have a 904 trans that I need to know what year it is.

Look at the 7-8 digit stamped numbers on the left side of the trans near the linkage and look it up here...

Partial VIN (if it has one) on the passenger side will have the model year.

The series of numbers after the part number will show the final assembly date (from the 10,000 day calendar) of the unit itself.
