NO IT'S NOT RESTORED
I have been trying to narrow this down for years......What I do know is that it was certainly used on 72 Duster's of any engine size but was very random....some cars got'em some didn't...I have owned 3 1972 340 Dusters that had them from the factory....then I have owned 4 that didn't....I have never seen any supporting documentation on this to date......D
