Photoshop Help?

Is there a free or greatly reduced price version of Photoshop available? Typically I use MS Paint for most of what I want to do, but something like a color change is past my ability in Paint.

In the meantime, can someone show me what my car would look like in black? The engine compartment is getting painted in a few weeks and I am debating a color change. TIA

Download GIMP. It's free and has a lot of features. I can do a heck of a lot more than I know how to use!!!

I have only play with paint shop pro for 5 minutes and this is what I have.
It takes time to do a proper paint shop and make it look good.
Do you have color choice on the right?
