only if they don't ride the donkey. lolCentral-Eastern Washington.
It's ******* bad ***.
Lunatics don't come out here with their woke bs. I'm 8 miles out of Yakima it's very quiet, very very peaceful
Bought a house in arizona, 1/2 mile from the river. No smog checks, five years of registration at a time, for less than one in california . Over an acre, bigger house, eight car garage, four more in a covered car port, plenty of room for a pool and another garage (both planned), for a quarter of what my house in california is worth.
Its hot in the summer. Air conditioning in the house, cars, and garage, no biggie.
Nice people too.
Oh, forgot. 1/2 mile up the road, i can shoot anything i want.
Not if you spread the occupants evenly around the edges. It's gonna tip over.
An old friend of mine lives outside Kingman. He can walk across the street and be in BLM land. He likes to go make noise...
I couldn't do what you're doing on what my California house is worth. It isn't all Bay Area and LA pricing in this state.
Black lives matter land? LOL!An old friend of mine lives outside Kingman. He can walk across the street and be in BLM land. He likes to go make noise...

They wont let anyone in without showing them the place they are staying and a ticket out. My grade school friend ended up teaching there for a few years and said it was a pretty closed society with immigration based on many factors that would disqualify about 90% of the people that US takes.New Zealand.
My wife and I are discussing possibility uprooting and starting over in a new state. But we can’t decide on where we wanna go. Must be a pretty free state, as in no New York’s, California’s, Illinois etc.
State needs to have car hobby friendliness and even more friendliness towards things that go boom when a trigger is pressed.
Job market needs to be fairly stable or growing, cost of living can’t be stupid high or have stupid taxes.
I’d love to move to the Dakotas or Montana, but with the snow, I doubt I could convince her. Tennessee is nice but way too many people. same with the Carolinas and anything south and East. Texas is too damn hot, Arkansas wouldn’t be bad. So the heartland is where I think we’d like to stay.
Missouri? Kansas? Kentucky?
Thoughts?
Just throw a dart at a map. Where it lands is where you move to.
It's gonna tip over.
Don't forget SW Mo. has Springfield, a pretty good size little city, as Right winded as you can get!!!The fam and I moved to Missouri, August of 2019, from the repressed state of Michigan. Glad we did after seeing what Fuhrer Whitmer did to that state. Missouri has quite a bit to offer if you stay away from the Democratic run cities like St. Louis and Kansas City.
Huntsville is on the list, my company actually is headquartered thereBama. Been in the Huntsville area and it’s booming. You can get out to the country pretty quick. Red red red. Lived in Dallas for over 30 years glad to be out of that mess. My family lives in SEMO and that’s pretty nice.
It’s an alphabet soup DoD contractorWhat company is that? I work for Abaco Systems we just got bought out by Ametek. Lots of companies relocating here. Beautiful country. Great car culture. No inspections. No titles on old cars. Real close to Tennessee. Nice people. Larry’s gun shop.
I’m on the northern edge of tornado alley myself . We’re over due hereLike others I also think Huntsville is a nice area!! I've lived in all corners of this country and a few places in between. I spent 10 yrs in Huntsville and we would have probably stayed but my 2 boys ended up living in Louisiana so we retired close to them. A concern about Huntsville is it's in Tornado alley and had some close calls there. Beautiful country and enough lakes that waterfront property is not totally out of sight.
What part of california is reasonably affordable? I'm in one of the shittiest cities in california and the cost of living is outrageous.I've never seriously thought about moving out of California. The politics absolutely suck, but this is home and my kids and grandkids are here, so are my parents. If my kids ever leave the state then I will think about it. The thing is that most of California is reasonably affordable and not loaded with people.
