Nice pictures, I remember being there in 2004 & was really overwhelmed with the number of Mopars & the quality of them. Maybe in the next few years, I can make the trip again.

Great pics ..thanks Ron..how was the weather?

The weather was perfect. A little overcast on Saturday and it spit a little rain but overall it was great. I've been to the Mopar Nationals in Columbus probably 15 times and had never gone to Carlisle until 3 years ago. Columbus is a complete let down and a cluster*uck compared to Carlisle. The car show is so organized and there's so much to see. I'll never miss another year if I can help it.

YES I Love Cuda's and focused on A bodies this year BUT This 71 Cuda was my top pick at Carlisle this year owned by Jeff and Christine Slocum from Fillmore , Indiana built by Finer Details shop. Holy Smokes you can't imagine the detail put into the build of this car. Jeff spent about 15 minutes telling me about his car and even let me come across the chain and crawl under his car!!! IF I was there to judge this car was my TOP PICK

I agree! That is one sweet car.
He said 4000 hours into body, paint and assembly.
All body parts fully welded both sides of overlaps and smoothed.
Phenomenal car!!

bucket list, everytime I mention to someone to go .. 1000 excuses why they can't , long drive by myself but, couple years I['ll have free time

It's all about spotting the stuff and negotiating $$ Wednesday then Thursday a.m. there are sold tags on all the good stuff...then Friday making a full run over the late show crowd items...very fun...better have good shoes...I catch a blister bout day 2 and it slows my pace down...only been 2018 and 2019 and totally overwhelmed...It was probably one of the most exciting experiences in a while for this Ole country boy...can't wait to go again...will bring a van and stuff it with rare and desirable parts only bucket list...gotta love this sickness

Buy a plane ticket. Leave all the problem people at home as they will destroy your fun time there. Bring lots of cash and time. Get there Wed if you can. Rent a car. Show is over Saturday evening. Ghost town Sunday. Been vending there now for almost 20 years that show. Met a guy there this year he flew in with his family from California.

One of the members here drove from SO Cal. He got his car in a magazine. Great guy (Tim) he is a driving machine.

Thanks for the pictures.

Was there last year and year before, drive out from Minnesota and met up with some buddies in Illinois. Couldn't make it this year, but it's on the list for next year with a different car. I actually go there and relax, I still walk at least 75% of the swap, but only look at half the cars. It's nice sitting and talking with the members of this and other F_BO sites.
