Picture Download Info Needed

Hi, I've been gone for about a year or so. I would like to put a picture in the gallery but I'm not real good with a computer. They ask for a URL but my pictures don't have it or I'm looking in the wrong place. Someone help me out. thank you, Jim

When creating a message click on attachments and not the picture icon. When the new window pops up, click browse and find the picture on your computer then upload...hope this helps.
