I pulled out the big gun and figured it would be neat to see what started your addiction.....

To the point a 73 Dart Sport 340. This was my 1st pass ever. Low 14's and this was a really nice car that met it's demise not 2 months later when someone pulled out in front of me..... September 27, 1986.

So let's see em' lol.....

Had to do some digging but here you go. Around 1993 Mason Dixon, my first time on a race track. Car was a 1968 Plymouth. I was hooked!

Circa 1986, Luskville Quebec just north of Ottawa Ontario where I went to high school. That is me in the 69 Barracuda, 318 with 4 barell and dual exhaust. Cant recall the times but I am sure it was high 14s or low 15s. In the next lane is my older brother in the 64 fury, factory 383 hp car. Good times!

Fast forward more than 20 years and there we are again lined up against each other. This time at pinks all out in Seattle. I am in my 408 4 speed Dart Sport streetcar, ran 11.9. My older brother still beat me in his 68 Dart post 440 bracket car.

My first race car was a 66 barracuda Formula S, Quicksilver. I first ran it with the stock 273 Commando and it ran 15's in street. I then dropped a 340 in it and ran 13's and then 12's in heavy. Eventually I got it into the 11's in pro before I blew it up. This was in the late 70's. Second car here was my old 69 cuda, Quicksilver II. It ran 13's in heavy with a 318 with the top end off my 340 on it. Eventually replaced the 318 with a 360 short it ended up running high 12's. This was in the early to mid 80's.
