Would a 1969 318 crank out of a automatic car have a pilot hole for a standart transmission. Thanks David

It might already have a bushing in it, it might be drilled but not reamed to accept a standard bushing, or it might not be drilled at all, you won't know until you take it apart. If it doesn't have a bushing already in it you can use a bushing for a late 90's truck, it has a large puck that goes into the converter snout. If the crank isnt drilled at all you will have to cut part of the input shaft off and use the truck style bushing.

I have seen them in all configurations as Daliant above says BUT they have always had a centering hole /mark for the centerline of the crankshaft and I have drilled them and had my machine shop drill them so either way you can use this crank with out cutting off the snout of the tranny (bad idea)

Every 69 318 crank I have ever seen has been drilled for a pilot bushing.
I would still use the newer magnum style roller bearing.
It is a more robust design and actually is easier to install.
